Day 1
Pick up and drive out
Skógafoss
- Duster at the airport.
- Seljalandsfoss if the light holds.
- Skógar before dark. You will hear it.

Day 2
The curtain

- Skógafoss at first light. Climb the right-hand stairs.
- Keep walking the ridge. The trail is the point.
- Dry everything. Pack the extra socks.

Day 3
Black sand
Skógafoss
- Reynisfjara when the tide is honest.
- Vík bakery.
- Move to the beach house.

Day 4
Ice, then hush
Skógafoss
- Jökulsárlón. No boat if the wind is up.
- Diamond Beach.
- Drive back in the long dusk.

A weather day

- If it storms, stay. Soup, wool, a book.
- If it clears, the same lagoon again.
